Absolutely NOT! There are no fees associated. Landlord’s and Management companies pay us upon you moving in.

Utilities are not included unless specified on the listing.

Yes, we accept all types of programs and vouchers.

Of course we require a security deposit. Industry standards for security deposits are usually 1 month. However in many situations our landlords are flexible and can discount the deposit on a case by case basis.

However we don’t advise our clients to start looking at any specific listings until they are within the 45-60 day move out date. We don’t want to show you something that may not be available when you are ready to move. Our average listings rent within 14 days. But don’t worry, we always have at least 25 top quality properties available at any given time.
